P.S. -
And this ISN'T in a hugely populated metropolis like L.A. or NYC, it's New Orleans, Louisiana - a city ONE-SIXTH the size of Phoenix! PHX = 3 Million people, New Orleans = 500,000 people.

What part of this doesn't make sense?

Dance Music events CAN happen in Phoenix, this is proof. I just can't believe that the New Orleans market is THAT much different. I can't believe that an event like this would be so hugely successful in New Orleans and fail in Phoenix.

Doesn't anyone else think this is weird???
I refuse to believe that I am the crazy one here. What is wrong with Phoenix, Arizona? I feel like I'm in the twilight zone - and not in a good way.

I don't believe that the demand for this type of event doesn't exist here. The Phoenix dance music scene doesn't operate inside a cultural vacuum that is uninfluenced by the rest of the country.

So where are these parties? Why not in Phoenix?
